Fellman Tri-Vac Traction Treaded Soles and Heels by the Avon Sole Co. which will not slip on a smooth wet surface and are particularly adapted for use on shoes to be worn aboard ships, the decks of which are made slippery by water, which is sometimes greasy.
These new-without-box, 80-year-old boots are the prototype for the Ralph Lauren RRL Powell chukka boots, which you will find listed on eBay in similar condition beginning at ~$430 CAD ($320 USD).
Shoe trees are not included.
