Our policy is only for DOA refunds, any incorrectly purchased parts returned will have our shipping costs deducted from the original price. Royal Mail - All items are posted RM48 unless otherwise stated other postage options are available. We advise you to use the Royal Mail tracked delivery service, any items shipped on our free postage service are not covered if they go missing in the post.

RM48 is NOT a guaranteed 48 hour service, Royal Mail AIM to deliver within 2-3 working days but this can vary. If you require an urgent delivery please use our Next Day service.

Next Day - We use major UK carriers for all our next day delivery services. Next Day delivery requires a signature.

Return Policy

DOA WARRANTY ONLY (Dead on Arrival)

Our original shipping costs will be deducted from any wrong purchased returned items or items found not to be faulty. We do not supply replacement parts. Buyer is responsible for return postage charge.
