This is a Gamer Graffix Lego Batman decal/sticker for the Xbox 360.  The packaging has some wear to it.  The packaging has been opened before and someone has stapled the plastic bubbling back on.  It doesn't look like the decal has been used before.  That being said, one of the decal parts is sliding down a little bit at the bottom, and at the top it looks like one of the side pieces is poking out at the top and has been pierced by one of the staples.  Nothing too bad, it just means one of the decal sides may have a small staple-sized hole in it.  Thanks for looking!
