IT MEASURES 28" TALL WITHOUT THE CHAIN AND CEILING CAP. 38" TALL WITH THE CEILING CAP AND 22" WIDE.

There are NO MISSING PIECES, REPAIRS MADE OR CRACKS IN THE METAL. All Original!! It is sold in 'as found', great antique condition.
