The bracelet was made for order in Europe. I've checked with professional GEM-A diamond tester and with diamond dealers in Hatton Garden and they confirmed that these are natural diamonds.

2 x 0.06ct natural round brilliant cut Diamonds set in Yellow Gold.
Bracelet's width is from 10.5 mm to 4 mm, thickness is from 5 mm to 1mm.
This bracelet is adjustable, please see current inside measurements on pictures. Fits to narrow wrist (the wrist on pictures is 17 cm diameter).
Weight is 16.25 gr (on my special jewellery scale).
