Honda CBR 919 RR Fireblade 1992-1999 Stainless Fairing Bolt Only Kit CBR900RR 

This kit will fit the Honda CBR 900 RR 919 models between 1992 and 1999.

A FITTING GUIDE WILL BE POSTED OUT WITH THE KIT

This kit features high quality Stainless Steel pan head bolts with a head diameter of 13.5mm (m5) and 14mm (m6) plus some shouldered bolts with an 18mm head diameter. These bolts are Stainless Steel which are better than standard zinc plated bolts as they won't rust and have a shine that lasts for years. 

Please note, there are some bigger headed bolts (22mm diameter approx.) fitted as standard, our bolts will be 18mm diameter in these locations.

This kit just replaces the regular threaded bolts with like-for-like stainless steel bolts. It does not replace the dzus fixings that secure the main fairings. If you want to change the 12x dzus quick release fixings too, please order this kit too.

"Honda CBR900RR Fireblade 92-99 RR 900 Fairing dzus Kit"

These are not Honda bolts, they are bolts we have had made from Stainless Steel to replace/upgrade the standard Honda bolts. They have a similar head shape, thread diameter and thread length dimensions to the standard bolts so will look like original bolts but remain rust-free for a lot longer. Different sized bolts are packaged separately in groups to make it easy for you to replace each standard bolt with the corresponding Stainless Steel bolt from Speedy Fasteners.

This kit has the necessary quantity of shouldered bolts to match the original bolts. These are required to correctly space your bolt head from the fairing to prevent pinching or over-tightening of the fairing. These shoulders are part of the bolt not a separate collar.
