This is a very special piece of Mexican folk art imported from Jalisco, Mexico, where it was created by the late Candelario Medrano. It is a very primitive, magical nagual figure carrying a headless human passenger on his back along with kitchen implements. He has been made using the traditional ceramics process called “Barro betus” and measures approximately 7” in length and height by 4 1/2” in width. This piece is vintage and broken but magnificent nonetheless as it was created by the late master. Priority Mail shipping in the U. S. will be $20.00, as we will pack it well. All auctions are unconditionally guaranteed and proceeds benefit our animal sanctuary in Northern Arizona, Little Orphan Animals. Thank you for your support!
