With a very heavy heart we have to sell our “Bluebell”. She has served us over the last years, 1st as our workplace and then as home away from home. We know she is no spring chicken. She is battered and bruised, but she is still a trustworthy companion on the road. She never let us down. But from the middle of last year, I developed a heart disease. Which makes it impossible for me to continue work on her to finish her up. Put all my dreams in reality. So, she has to go.
1st: all the bad points
There's a leak in the heating system of the cab.
There are some leaks from the roof mostly on the left side of the lorry.
There is surface rust.
She has a difference on rear brakes of more than 30%, hence an MOT failure.
She's unfinished, I planned to move the electric and batteries into the free space under the entry.
So, the electricity has to be overworked.
One of the lorry batteries exploded last week through a short, which I can't investigate because of my health.
She was usable we used her for some outings, and it was good.
Now the good things:
She's a genuine 7-seater, with seven seats all with seatbelts.
She has two solar panels with each 100watt, from Victron in Holland.
She got a victron battery charger for the leisure’s batteries.
She got four 110 AH leisure batteries; I think these are AGM's.
She got a three-kilowatt generator (Petrol).
She got 1 LPG bottle from colour gas and one LPG bottle from another supplier, it made sense for us 'cause you can't always get the model’s you want so we had two and a better chance to switch.
She has a sleeping capacity for three to four people.
Three years ago, she got new tyres all around which have done less than 4000 miles
Last year she got new leaf springs on the rear axle.
Because of all the work she needs to be done we make her a bargain, you could also consider to making her in an Airb&b in your garden.
I put a low reserve on it.
I tried to remove the reserve, but this seems to be not possible. If you are the winning bidder and it says reserve not met, please contact me. The 31st of may is the last day she is road legal.
