Robert E. Howard created Conan the Barbarian for the pulp magazine Weird Tales in 1932. Conan is born in the fictional kingdom of Cimmeria, taken into slavery as a child, and grows into the world's fiercest and most cunning warrior before ultimately becoming the King of Aquilonia.

Conan the Buccaneer is the sixth book in the second book series featuring the character. This series began publication through Lancer in 1967 with Conan, and continued releasing new titles through other paperback publishers well into the new century.

This book tells of a middle-aged Conan and his adventures as a sea captain in the kingdom of Zingara. He kills a lot of people and beds any number of women. I haven't actually read the book, but based on other books in the series, I am making some assumptions here.

The book is in good but certainly not perfect condition, with a cover by fan-favorite fantasy artist Frank Frazetta. Here are the condition notes:

Good used condition. Completely intact with a tight binding. Exterior shows moderate to significant wear, including edge wear, creasing at the spine (though the spine is still sturdy), bumped corners, a couple of small creases at the corners of the BC, and someone has written a price in the UR corner of the FC (twenty-five cents). Interior is clean and unmarked with off-white, possibly slightly tanned pages (if they are tanned, they are tanned evenly; this may just be the color of the paper.)
