Condition is very good minus. Small size 2.5x4". Everything is in good condition with general aging wear, as shown. Leather very old but intact. Binding still mostly very good, mildish signs of weakening, as shown. Text general light foxing, a few folded corners, but not marked or heavily stained, just name in front as shown.
