Condition is good plus. Nice text block, solid. Rubbing wear to covers, as shown. A few areas toward the black have light damp stains, significant but mild, the first half or so of book is ok. Some folded corners, one page a little worse as shown, tear out of title page as shown. Otherwise not marked except as shown and mostly clean. Copyright is 1849. Small size 3.5x5".
