Offered for sale is a very rare ABBA CD. This is the original Swedish CD pressing of their breakthrough 2^nd album ‘Waterloo’, which was the very first release of this album on CD anywhere in the world. It is also the only one that follows the original Swedish LP, which opens with the Swedish language version of ‘Waterloo’ and omits ‘Ring Ring’. Please see the pictures for the tracklisting. There is also no barcode, which was present on later releases.

This CD release also features a cover that matches the original LP artwork. In fact the track numbers and references to ‘Sides’ that were present on the original LP have been covered over in yellow by the graphic designer. Please note that is part of the design – the booklet has not been drawn on.

The CD itself is in good condition for its age. There are a few light surface marks and light scratches, but nothing major and it plays fine.

The booklet and insert are good for their age. The jewel case is showing light signs of wear but is generally good too.

All in all, this is a nice example of this unique, out-of-print album on CD, which has plenty of life left in it for a collector or fan.
