Original WW11 WW2, US Army, M1 Fiberglass Helmet Liner Olive Drab Green.  No cracks, no chips, original paint with a rack or loading number 23 painted with white paint inside.  Webbing is strong with no dry rot or tears, sweatband is worn but intact.  Chinstrap is missing, adjustable straps.   130th Field Artillery Regiment, 1st Sgt Stripes on the front, Unit crest on one side and a yellow sunflower for Kansas National Guard on one side.  Manufactured in the US by Westinghouse Electric Company.  Great condition for age.
