26' rim for rear bike wheel with disk brake

Be advised that the rim spins smoothly but has small buckling.

It is likely to be correctable by spoke tuning that will result in a decent wheel.  

Also, one spoke is missing (this might be a cause of the buckling) no brake disk, no QR axis
