Vintage Ceramic Japanese Hakata Urasaki Doll Fukurokuju "God Of Wisdom" .

This was given to me by my late uncle years ago, he supposedly acquired it in Japan in the 50's while on shore leave.

It is in used vintage condition with small insignificant surface marks, but the are there as to be expected for a 70+ year old piece.

It has no cracks, chips or repairs may be missing the common Red label, hard to say as there seems little information on how to date the trade mark.

This piece is not as common as many Hakata dolls and would make a nice addition for any collector that collects Sadly what is becoming a dying Japanese tradition.
