Vintage Hollywood Regency Ornate Filigree Vanity Cosmetic Brush Holder Storage.  This is 2 pieces, top comes off and bottom section has openings for standing brushes.  Closed up it stands about 8-1/2" tall x about 3" across the base.  This is silvertone metal.  VGC.
