It was sold in the 1980s at the store that imported Scott rods for the first time in Japan at that time, and has PowR-PLY written on the tube.

The text on the rod it reads as follows
Scott 9’0” 3Line.

On the other side, the name of Mr. Tashiro, a famous Japanese angler in the 1980s, who used Scott, is written.
There is a chip on the edge of the cork reel seat. There are some scratches on the blank but no deep damage. There is a spot of white on the edge of the guide wrapping.
Come with rod tube and rod sock with no divider that is not original to Scott's.
I have been fly fishing as a hobby for over 30 years. I have detailed my own inventory of gear that I and my fishing fellows no longer use and list it for sale. I am not a Japanese reseller with no inventory.

Will ship form Japan by DHL.
