You are bidding on a pre-owned Royal Doulton Franklin Mint Plate.  It is numbered HA 1182.  
It measures 8" across. 

There are no chips, cracks, crazing or flea bites.  There is no sign of ever having had any repairs.

All of my glass has been handwashed separately before being listed and will be washed again before shipping.
