Antique Australian Crystal Glass Company 'Black Amethyst' carnival glass bowl featuring an Australian Kingfisher. Silver ascent to the under side with handkerchief rim. A leaf pattern and berry to base of bowl & a ring around the side. . Pressed dark black/green iridised glass with a silvery iridescent lustre. depending on the light you can also see purple & gold tones. Marked to the middle RD 4184. These were produced between 1908 & into the 1920s. In very good condition with no chips or crack. A few minor scratches to inner base .
