Shipping Policy
- We process orders and print labels within 1 business day, but we only ship 2 times per week. Orders are typically out the door with the carrier within 3 business days on average.
- Shipping is $0.88 for the first item, $0.50 for each additional item for auctions of raw cards under $20 in Value, and $5+ for all other items. You will be invoiced for the actual cost of shipping for items requiring extra insurance or that do not qualify for ESE if chosen.
- FREE SHIPPING when you purchase 5 or more items in a single order. Orders of 5 or more items will ship via BMWT.
- All raw cards ship via PWE/ESE in a penny sleeve, top loader, and in a team bag with packing slip.
- If you do not want your raw card shipping PWE, you must purchase the upgraded shipping option.
- While we do our best to track and manage partial shipping refunds for orders combined by our staff, we can not and do not guarantee refunds in the difference.
- We combine shipping when we prepare labels each business day. If you have bids on other auctions not ending on the same day, they will likely ship separately. We do our best to accommodate requests to combine orders as long as you reach out to us in time.
Card Images
Cards are scanned using a high-resolution scanner and are scanned with a penny sleeve (and a top-loader or semi-rigid in some cases) so they are protected from getting damaged during the scanning process. Light scratches that are seen on the scans are typically on the penny sleeve, not the card, in most cases. Other lines and artifacts may appear across the surface of the card, these are typically a result of the scanning process. If you're not sure of the condition, you can ask us. If we list at item as NM-MT, it's because we haven't noticed any issues ourselves.
Additional Images
We typically will not take additional photographs for graded cards (even on request, sorry). If the item listed is ungraded and worth $1,000 or more, feel free to request more images. We will try to respond within 48 hours with the image requests, but cannot guarantee a timely response.
Condition
Condition is as photographed. Please view all photos and ask all questions before purchasing. All cards, regardless of age, are prone to printing errors, edge whitening, or other defects. Please only bid or purchase if you're comfortable with the condition as pictured. Graded cards are sold as-is with the grade given by their respective grading company.
All sales are final. We do not offer returns in cases of buyer remorse, nor do we offer a "cooling-off" period for purchases beyond the required timeline by eBay. Do not bid or purchase without agreeing to this no returns policy. A torn ACL or a playoff loss is not a valid return excuse.
Refund Policy
Due to our all-sales-final policy, refunds are given only as required by eBay, or in the event of a lost package. Please contact us should you have any issues with your order before requesting a refund. We're more than happy to work with customers to resolve any issues.
Raw Condition for Modern Cards
Unless otherwise noted, raw modern cards are listed in Near Mint-Mint condition or better. A NM-MT card appears to be Mint at first glance, but upon closer inspection, it may exhibit some of the following: minor print defects (e.g. roller marks, print lines, dimples), minor scratches, slight edge wear, and slight corner wear. Centering is visible in the images and does not factor into our condition assessment.
Raw Condition for Vintage Cards
Raw vintage cards are listed in Excellent condition or better unless otherwise noted. An EX card may exhibit some of the following: minor rounding of corners, surface wear, print defects, light scratches, and slight edge wear/chipping. Centering is visible in the images and does not factor into our condition assessment.
Auction Bidding
By placing a bid on our auctions, you are committing to complete the purchase. Payment is due within 7 days of winning an auction. Bidders who neglect to pay for an item they win will be blocked from making any future purchases and will be reported to eBay.
