Original used, accessory chrome blinker turn signal column wire harness switch Cover. Looks/feels solid. 

Has the wear shown, some surface corrosion and scratches (see pics). Easy blast and paint to your color

or re-chrome it. It has a small tab on one end (see pics). Solid original piece. I'll include the 2 small springs 

shown in last picture to wrap around and attach to column.   Last 3 pictures show size.
