Q: Do I have to pre-book my lounge entrance?

A: No. these are “open” tickets, so can be used at any time/date/location (one time entry within 90 days of issue).

Q: Can I pre-book my lounge entrance?

A: You may be able to pre-book at your selected lounge (see your individual lounge / Google for more more info) but this is not included in this service.

Q: When should I buy my LougeKey ticket?

A: Anytime within 90 days of your travel date.

Q: Are any additional fees payable?

A: No, unless you wish to visit a lounge with “additional fees” which is clearly stated in the LoungeKey website

Q: Don’t the passes need to match the names in our boarding pass?

A: Yes, the passes will be issued in your name.

Q: Can I get a refund once purchased/ the passes have been issued?

A: Sorry, no. Once the passes have been issued they can not be refunded or returned.
