Beautifully Framed Original Oil Painting On Canvas

• Painted by famed artist Charles Lanier.
• He immigrated from Yugoslavia to France, where he trained, and later moved to the U.S.
• Known for painting women, his magnificent sense of color is shown in this particular piece.
• Frame is carved gilt wood with a linen matte.
• Frame measures 27 1/2" wide x 23 1/2" tall.
• The painting is 16" x 20".
• There are no defects to the frame.
• Painting is still very vibrant in color.
• Not sure if it is some cracks to the gesso or scratches in the area at the right of her face that can be seen when you turn the painting to an angle in the light.
