Recently used and in good condition. Has some minor marks/scratches, discoloration behind the viewfinder but is in good shape otherwise, has been tested and works well. This camcorder comes with two batteries, one is weak and only lasts about 15 minutes. The other battery will last about 30 minutes. The camcorder does come with an AC adapter that plugs into the camcorder which eliminates the need for the batteries. Comes with only as pictured.
