Please note:

Piece 'E' has a slight period repair, which has been undertaken to reform a tear in a corner.

Piece 'F' has been cut in two to make the short sleeve version, but both pieces are present.

As this item is 80+ years old, the envelope is in a worn condition, commensurate with the age. Please see photos.
