Vintage 30s 40s Catalina Girls Nylon Frilly Sheer CIRCLE DRESS Puff Sleeves 18mo

We are dating this vintage dress from the 1930s / 1940s because the script of the logo on the label is similar to that used by Catalina on their 1930s items, though we can't fully guarantee the date. Fabric is a sheer nylon because this dress was meant to be worn over a petticoat. It has a full 360 circle skirt and puff sleeves. This dress is designed with ruffles on the collar, chest, sleeves, and at the hemline of the skirt. This dress fastens in back with three buttons in back and has a sash attached on the back of the waist.The loops on the side of the waist for the wash are made from a matching lace. 

Condition is amazing for its age. There are some small ticks in the nylon, but over it looks really nice. We don't see any holes, loose seams, or stains. 

Measurements seem consistent with a contemporary size 18 mo., but every child grows differently so please...
