Don't know much about it, got in a storage unit auction.  Looks to be complete, I counted 17 cards for every team.  All 21 teams.  Looks to be complete, comes with everything seen pictured, don't know if it was ever played, some yellowing on cards and inserts.  Sold as is, any questions please ask.
