Kershaw2105 "Rotary Folder"model pocket knife.
It was sold in Japan in the 1980s.
This is an unusual construction that allows the blade to be opened and closed without touching the blade. When the disk-shaped part is pinched from both sides and rotated, the lock is released and the blade rotates in the same direction with a delay.
It is in unused mint condition with no visible stains or scratches.
