Comes with Corsair waterblock.  Does not come with original cooler.  Has been through some light mining but still works amazing. Vrms are being passively cool by cooling pads. The item will come preassembled with the corsair waterblock. I have already reapplie fresh thermal past to the 3090 with the corsair water block. Requires 12 pin power cable. Tested and works great.
