The drill works but there is some vibration that feels like maybe the shaft of the drill toward the front might be slightly bent.

I lowered the price so you can just toss the drill in the trash if you're not satisfied and keep the portalign tool.

The wiring plug is somewhat unusual with a green ground wire sticking out. See pictures.
