This is a phenomenal antique engraving print that is over 170 years old (1842-45).  It depicts a beautiful English setter dog, as the breed looked long ago. The English Setter was often called Lawerack, Laverack, Llewellin, Llewellyn Setter back then.

The print is a small but incredibly high quality antique copper or steel engraving from 1842-1845. It is a Honegger engraving (a respected printer of the time). It is hard to scan a fine engraving like this, but under a magnifying glass, you'll see amazing crisp fine engraved lines. The paper is thick and of high quality so it holds the details well. See scan for a better idea of the condition.

The print measures approx. 4.4 x 3.25 inches, and the actual image size (without margins) fills most of it.
