DESCRIPTION

Our Process
All our devices have undergone individual diagnostic tests via Phone Check software by our specially trained technicians and are checked for financial blacklist and if reported as lost or stolen. All our devices will have 80% and above battery health. Please note devices have been through a refurbishment process so may have had parts replaced such as battery, screen, camera etc. This is all done in house by qualified technicians and is backed by our 12-month warranty. 

Screen and battery have been replaced so shows notification message in device menu as pictured but does not affect functionality apart from the device may not show battery health.

Cosmetics
Cosmetically, there are very little signs of usage, with no scratches to the screen and minimal marks to the casework. All devices have been tested for full functionality.

Shipment
All our devices are shipped using Royal Mail or DPD for fastest delivery. The devices are packaged in our non-branded boxes with foam inserts. Included with the device will be a USB to Lighting cable / USB C and a SIM pin tool.

Unwanted OR Unsuitable. If you buy a product and wish to return it because it is unwanted or unsuitable, please notify us within 14 days of receiving it, we accept returns of all products.

All returned items must be in their original unspoiled packaging and in a resale-able condition.

If the product is not received by us in its original condition we will be unable to refund it and you will have to pay for its return to you. Please be extra careful when returning fragile items as we can only refund for them if they are in a unbroken and in a resale-able condition. 

Warranty is limited to manufacturing defects and becomes null and void through damage caused by the buyer.

DAMAGED PRODUCTS If you wish to return an item that is faulty, then please contact us using the contact us option and include as much information as possible. We will reply to you to get any extra information that we may need, which may include photos of the product and the packaging. Please do not return anything until you receive confirmation from us as this may prevent us from being able to deal with your request.

All items are shipped same day if ordered by 3pm. We aim to have most items delivered next day using either DPD or Royal Mail.
