RETURNS 

If an item is broken or damaged in transit we will refund in full including postage costs 

All refunds will be processed after we receive and check the item, we security mark all parts prior to despatch so please ensure you are returning the part we have sent initially to avoid delays and further postage costs  

-We will not give a refund if we receive a different part to what we sent you, also if security markings have been cleaned, removed or altered. 

Returned item must be packaged well to prevent any damages during transit. 

All parts must be fitted by a professional garage and detailed records must be kept.
