The phone is fully working and in new condition, but has the retail demo software.
You need to install the original software, or use it as is with some limitations for example you can't add the passcode / fingerprint in phone setting
but you can add it with pc software (we can add the password you wanted for you, you will later were able to add the fingerprint). There also may not allow you to update software or some other software based issues.

Other than above is fully working, the hardware is fully working (phone calling, cameras, bluetooth, wifi, buttons etc)
The condition is new phone, only with software based issue - demo software. It is not the worse case cause for axample samsung demo phones comes with no imei, this one has normal imei and fully functional phone.

You will get phone and empty box only, no other accessory included.

Do not accept the returns, sold for parts use only, network is unlocked.
