This vintage Bogen M330A tube preamp guitar PA amplifier

I plugged this in and the power light lit up for about 5 seconds then went out. It will not come back on.  There are 7 tubes inside that I can see. 3 are glass. I'm not familiar with this type of equipment and cannot test it further.

I purchased this from a church that went out of business. Iknow these tube amps are extremely hard to ship. I will pack it well but cannot guarantee their safety and they are non insurable. I will pack it using thick foam padding. Also tge ground plug is broken off the power cord.
