Department 56 Dickens' Village Series The Flat of Ebenezer Scrooge #5587-5 Lighted, Original Box
This building is Ebenezer Scrooge's Flat, appropriately Number 13. The base is about 4 3/8" x 3 1/2" and it is 8 1/2" tall. The light bulb is inserted through the back of this building. There is a bulb included.
There are a few scuffs in the paint around the hole where the light goes in on the back., but otherwise there are no chips or cracks, overall good condition. It does come with the original box, but it is pretty dinged up and has some water stains.
