Full disclosure: There is a slight scratch under the protector but it is barely noticeable and under normal usage is actually invisible.

I have tried to illustrate it in one of the pictures with a black rectangle and text saying "View below". I used the harshest conditions possible and displayed it on a pure white background and it is only in these conditions that you can see it and even then it is very slight. I know I am being pedantic but I wanted to be very honest and upfront. As you can see when the screen is dark it is practically invisible.

I have used this ipad frequently and I can assure you, I never notice it.

This is why the price is slightly lower than others being sold in "perfect" condition.
