This is a hand signed C.D. cover for 'Stand By Me' by the British singer and songwriter when with Oasis. The C.D. is marked ' For Promotional Use Only ' and has only been signed with initials as obtained in a crowd when Noel was in a hurry to get away. I have absolutely no idea of its worth hence why I have put it to auction to let the 'market' decide.
