Super cute small enamelled Bohemian glass pedestal bowl possibly manufactured by Moser?

It measures approximately 5.25cm tall, 6cm wide and weighs 75g.

There are a couple of tiny flea bites to the rim, some wear to the decor and scratches to the base but it still displays well. Please see photos.
