Superb large and heavy Volume, with blue hardback woven board cover, whose front has slight stain at top right hand-side (see all photographs above), complete with original colour dust-jacket which is lightly distressed including sellotape repair to top of front section. The pages of this unique Volume are lightly tanned along the tops of many of then, but the entire Volume is complete in every way, with no page tears, folds, creases, omissions nor additions.
