This is a one owner Kerr Home Canning Book that has been carefully used and stored since its purchase for 35 cents in 1971. It has 56 pages, all crisp and clean.  No tears, marks or stains of any kind.  All pages are intact and secured to the softback spine.  Front and back covers are clean and colorful, very minor rubbing on some of the brown color.

The how to canning book has many color illustrations and charts.  Subjects covered in the book include, Raw and Hot Packs and Open Kettle Method of canning, processing methods, Canning time tables, Soups, Fruits, Vegetables, Jellies, Jams, Preserves, Pickles, Relishes, Meats, and Fish.  There is also a section on Kerr Jars for Home Freezing, Freezing charts and answers to your canning questions.
