"Your Operating and Maintenance Manual Foley Model 618-09 18" Rotary Mower" was published by the Foley Manufacturing Co, Minneapolis MN.  I could not find a date on it, but there is no zip code so it is prior to 1963.  That tracks with the lady on the front cover (mowing in a dress and heels!).  It is a folded paper booklet measuring 8.5x10.75".  8 pages that show tanning due to age.  There is a pen mark on the front cover along with age spots.  The edges show quite a bit of dirt and tanning and there are some age spots/dirty spots inside.  There are b/w photos and diagrams inside showing:  specifications, operation, lubrication, servicing, genuine parts, assembly, and much more.   A cool old booklet!
