I am grading this record as EX because there is mark on one side but the other side might be considered NM.  The cover I marked as VG just because the corners have a little damage (see pics).  I think this album is really nice for being 60 years old.  I am not a professional record grader and I do this to the best of my ability.  Please contact with any questions.
