I graded this record as EX but it leans toward NM.  Someone did write their name on it though.  The cover I am grading as VG+ because the same person wrote their name on the back and there is a number written near the top right corner.  Besides those flaws, the cover looks great. The inner sleeve is plastic. I am not a professional record grader and I do this to the best of my ability.  Please contact with any questions.
