Dial a pic S11 toothpick dispenser, metal with Dr Pepper decals on the outside.

Measures 4 in tall , two and three quarter inches across,  by two and three quarter inches deep. There's a dial on the side to grab your toothpick and roll it down onto the catcher.

Probably used at a restaurant,

in excellent condition for age.
