Semi sheer chiffon navy blue cover up is in excellent pre-owned condition. No snags or rips. Lace decoration down the front, round neckline, dolman sleeves. Scalloped trim. Jagged hem, longer on sides. Tag was cut when I got it, probably on ebay.
