This is an open box kit by R & S Models, sold by The Olde Huff N Puff. Parts are sealed and in the original box and includes instructions. This kit was a door prize at the Mcor Convention 1979. There is a little dirty spot on the piece marked doorway fill so for that reason I am listing it as used.
