This variable mold casting box is the ideal addition for all mold making enthusiasts. This box can be adjusted quickly and easily to exactly the size of the impression model.

Any rectangular or square box format can be up to a size of approx. 18 x 27 cm can be adjusted within a few seconds. The maximum format is  310x200x70mm. To do this, simply loosen the wing screws on the sides of the frame and move the side boards until the desired format is achieved. Then tighten the wing screws again. Complete!

In order to protect and impregnate the wooden parts of the Vario mold casting box, they should be pre-treated with outdoor varnish. In order to prevent the impression material used from sticking to the wood, the Vario mold kit is pre-treated with mold release wax emulsion before each use.

The box structure is firmly attached to the base plate with the rubber band. Separating joints should be sealed with mold modeling plasticine. Depending on the original model to be molded, this is attached directly to the bottom of the casting box, for example with double-sided adhesive tape, or embedded in mold modeling plasticine.

The molding box is delivered without accessories. However, you are welcome to purchase the accessories that are right for you in our shop.
