1" swageloc hydraulic swaging unit.. Very nice  Does not appear to have every been used.. This was government surplus. At time of surplus the filed off there department stamp off the pump handle as shown in photos.. Very nice tool.. Sold as is seen in pictures. Thank you for looking.
