The Goodyear Eagle F1 is a foldable clincher tire designed for road bikes. It has a wheel size of 700C and a width of 28mm (700x28c 28-622). It is compatible with road bikes for racing and is tubeless compatible.
Couple things of note: I purchased a pair of these tires to mount on enve SES rims. The bead is EXTREMELY tight. Once on, the tire set up tubeless very easily. This tire WILL NOT measure 28c, Goodyear shouldn’t even label it as a 28. It will measure 24/25 on a wide rim.
If you want a matching pair let me know. I have the other tire which I set up (and learned the above) and never rode because of the width. I will cut a deal on that one.
